Ingredients for Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry:

( Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon).

– Boneless Chicken – 300 gms cut into thin flattish pieces.

For marination:.
– Salt – 1/2 tsp.
– White pepper powder- 1/2 tsp.
– Light Soy Sauce- 1.5 tsp.
– Brown Sugar-1 tsp.
– Corn Starch- 1 tbsp.
– Oil-2 tsp.

Tempering:.
– Ginger, fine chopped-2 tsp.
– Garlic, fine chopped-2 tsp.
– White onion, sliced- 1 medium (85 gms).
– Thai Red chillies, sliced-2.

Stir Fry Sauce:.
– Oyster Sauce- 2 tablespoon.
– Light Soy Sauce- 1.5 tsp???( steel spoon).
– Dark Soy Sauce- 1 tsp.
– Corn Starch-1 tsp.
– White pepper powder-1/ 2 tsp.
– Water -6 tablespoon.

Other Components:.
– Oil- 2 tablespoon.
– Sesame oil-1 tsp.

Preparation:.

– Cut the chicken into flattish pieces and marinade with products specified.
– Make the stir fry sauce with items specified. Whisk and set aside.
– Fine slice the ginger and garlic and slice the fresh red/thai red chillies.
– Cut the broccoli into florets and then blanch the broccoli. Add salt in a pan of boiled water and then add the florets. Blanch it for 1 min and then get rid of and move to a bowl of cold water so that colour doesn't change and remains green.
– Get rid of and keep in a plate.

Process:.

– Heat oil in a pan and then include the fine sliced ginger & garlic.
– Give a stir for around 30 secs and after that include the sliced white onions.
– Mix and stir fry on medium heat for around 2-3 mins till light brown.
– Now include the marinaded chicken pieces and stir fry on high heat for around 2-3 minutes till browned.
– Add the blanched broccoli florets, the chopped red chillies and after that fry on medium heat for around 1-2 minutes.
– Now add the sauce mix and cook on high heat for around 2 mins till it thickens and coats the chicken.
– Include 1 tsp of sesame oil and stir fry on high heat for 1 minutes.
– Serve and garnish with sesame seeds on top.
