Luigi and Christina Moxam, the husband-and-wife duo behind Cayman Cabana, take us on a dynamic night out in Grand Cayman, the biggest of the Cayman Islands. Their night begins on the water, making marinaded conch ceviche with their kid before heading to the historical Pedro St. James to soak in some local culture. From there, the drinks begin streaming with a rum tasting led by the Cayman Spirits Business, setting the tone for the remainder of the night.
The events continue with a banquet of Caymanian classic, with a twist, at Thatch & Barrel, followed by bar-hopping at Door No. 4 and Cask Whisky, where the mixed drinks keep coming. The night finally unwind with a late-night household meal back at Cayman Cabana, accompanied by the balanced noises of steel pan music.
