  2. Believe it or not, we had a great cook in the VT National Guard. He would use Maple syrup and dill seed with butter and it was out of this world!

  3. I’ve made these many times since Martha first introduced them almost a decade ago and they’re excellent. The challenge is most of us don’t have access to such high quality produce, however, while not as presentational, they’re delicious made with regular carrots from your local grocery, (organic is best), but I cut them in halves and quarters prior to cooking, so they’re approximately the same size and cook evenly.

  4. I’ve only ever liked cooked carrots in stews or soups bein cooked. My fave is raw. Havn’t tried it yet but my friends made carrot salad with grapes(red) hazlenuts dill and fennel in a vinaigrette to die for 🌟🌟🌟I’ve GOT to make it now lol.
