    1. Was just about to type the same thing. Thank you for sharing the advice. I remember the first time I did skewers without soaking them. Disaster.

    2. @sawboss5794 Yes, it does. There’s this crazy theory that wet material doesn’t catch on fire nearly as fast as dry material.

  2. We ate something like this at a Mexican wedding.. they had pork, beef, and chicken chunks on a stick – and it was *so good* …gonna have to make some of these for the family now that I’ve been reminded
