  7. Why do British chefs always feel the need to remix other countries’ food? Now I get how Italians feel watching Ramsay put beans in carbonara, that’s me seeing Jamie Oliver’s ‘Moroccan’ recipes

    The one and only creature in this world can make delicious Moroccan food is the Moroccan woman ! 💪🏼

  8. Thank you Jamie. Excellent work as usual, only one thing, traditionally Tajine is never served with couscous, only with bread. This is not common in Morocco or Moroccan culture. Bread is always served with Tajine dishes, not couscous. Couscous is a meal of it own and often served fridays.
