That is a real sandwich my friends. In all my 64 years I’ve never made those on my Weber but I’m going to soon.
I would of taken a small pie tin laided cheese inside and light cooked it and remove it from the lightly greased pie tin put some mozzarella cheese in the center of the sausage then the cheese cup could make it out of a small tortilla put your veggies in. Served with horse radish hot sauce looks pretty
