The latest trick I found is to use stuffing mix instead of bread crumbs. Yum.

Stuffing mix is just bread crumb sage and onion powder … I suppose you can cheat but I’d use a mix of my own herbs and a mix of sour dough and panco bread crumb..
Short cuts are not necessarily cheating, but I get your point!
