  5. Fellers, nice sammich, I’m Irish & my wife is German/Austrian, she likes the rye bread, I like it on Irish soda bread, she likes the German duesseldorf mustard, I use no condiments

  6. I’m Irish ☘️ looks good but the cheese is not traditional but it looks great and some brown sauce love the channel guys

    1. Brown sauce would be more authentic and some strong Irish Cheddar would be better than Swiss cheese if you put that on too. I’d have liked some pickles as well!

  7. My local bbq shop has just started stocking BBQ Pit Boys rubs and i got my hands on some. Cooking some ribs with Pork Privilege as we speak. Can’t wait to try it out
