  3. I don’t know about this one, that Hasselbeck guy used to carry on conversations with his car. Scary part is, he swore it talked back.

  4. u should put a damp cloth underneath the wooden spoons to keep the spoons from sliding

  5. The recipes are top class, but no one comes close to the commentary by the Pit Boy…you just can’t but laugh…wow!

    2. @HellBillyPete. I live in Stockholm but I’ve never eaten at Hasselbacken. It’s very posh. Owned in part by Björn Ulvaeus of ABBA.

    3. @drSwan77 Jo, den bästa Hasselbacken gör man hemma 🙂 Ha en trevlig helg!

  7. Utter crap Hasselback right there..
First: use a thinner knife so you get waaaay more slices into the potato, the thickness of the slice should be MAX 3-4 milimeters
Second: melt the butter flavoring and dunk the potatos in it and let them soak a minute to really get the butter and spices inbetween all the slices..

  8. I ended up at a party at Hasselbacks Hollywood pad years ago. I don’t remember much but I do remember there were no potatoes there. Hahahahaha
I’m trying this recipe this weekend!! Thanks boys
