u should put a damp cloth underneath the wooden spoons to keep the spoons from sliding

Utter crap Hasselback right there..
First: use a thinner knife so you get waaaay more slices into the potato, the thickness of the slice should be MAX 3-4 milimeters
Second: melt the butter flavoring and dunk the potatos in it and let them soak a minute to really get the butter and spices inbetween all the slices..
I ended up at a party at Hasselbacks Hollywood pad years ago. I don’t remember much but I do remember there were no potatoes there. Hahahahaha
