  4. Serious question regarding the lamb: do you need a particular type of strength of oven tray to do the step on the hob before putting it in the oven? Just thinking about the bottom of the roasting tray.

  10. I raise lamb. But pine nuts are so expensive! Some other ingredients in Chef Ramsay’s recipes are hard to find or very costly here in Michigan U.S.. The processor / butcher didn’t understand how I wanted a “saddle” from this year’s locker lamb. Choices are limited. Oh, to have access to all those ingredients within a practical distance!
