  7. This is the next thing on my list of Jamie’s dishes to try. I can’t wait! Thank you Jamie for your sharing your incredible gift of Cuisine. And I might try this with Polenta too or of course mashed potatoes -never had Haggis but this sounds much easier.

  12. It’s really hard to find lamb shanks where I live. Occasionally they come in a pre-prepared pack, and I never buy those.
