    1. @stapuftpeople who have specific goals and know that calorie counting can be a useful tool to reach those goals, count calories. Not everyone is able to just โ€œlisten to their bodyโ€.

  1. My guess is a really good balanced diet with decent amount of carbs.

  2. Iโ€™m guessing she basically eats no bread ๐Ÿฅ–. Which is a same. Iโ€™m not big into breakfast but I typically only eat two slices of toast in the morning

  3. As long as you’re not thinking about food and your next meal all day long

  4. The camera person sucks. You should have shown the entire spread of 2275 calories.

    1. I said the same thing. Pan the camera! I didnโ€™t see much of what she was talking about eating

    1. for me a brisk walk of an hour is around 300 calories, depends on a persons size and walking speed though.

  5. Yeah, anyone who expects a professional dancer to not eat much has clearly never done professional dance. The exertion from the dancing alone is intense, let alone the exercise on top of that to keep your body in peak condition. Burning 700 calories in a day of exercise is not at all surprising for a pro.

  6. People vastly underestimate how many calories are in sweets, candy, oil. I mean 1 slice of cheese is roughly 100 calories. People just don’t know.

  7. It is simple I told people, how I lost weight i cut out small things but mostly dense caloric saturated fats butter and oils, from there i portion control and choose leanest meats and season to my liking

  8. Yeah thatโ€™s obsessive and it definitely controls her life. I get it though. I perform better when Iโ€™m thinner, but being hungry all the time definitely affects your mood!

  9. Iโ€™m 65 and vegan for 10 years. I first gained weight on a vegan diet by consuming too many starches (beans, rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.) because I was trying to feel full. I recently restarted my raw vegan/fruitarian diet. I weighed 120 in college. At 160 now, itโ€™s going to take more than a year to lose 40 extra pounds. Metabolism slows with age and there are hormonal changes with age that cause weight gain. So itโ€™s much harder to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight as one ages. If I eat 1800-2000 calories per day, I will be big as a house. ๐Ÿ˜Š

    1. As we age, try not to focus on weight. It is better to use benchmarks like waist circumference and bone density to determine your health.
