No-Churn Mocha Affogato
RECIPE THANKS TO VALERIE BERTINELLI

2 cups heavy light whipping cream, chilled.
1 1/2 tablespoons immediate espresso granules.
One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk.
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.

Hot coffee, for serving.
Include the whipping cream and instant espresso granules to a large glass blending bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat together up until the espresso liquifies into the cream and stiff peaks form, 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to a second glass blending bowl. Delicately fold the espresso whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk in 3 increments, making certain the whipped cream is equally combined prior to including more.
Put half of the mix into a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Spray the mixture with half of the chocolate chips. Utilize a spoon to stir and swirl the chocolate chips into the mixture. Leading with the remaining mix and chocolate chips. Once once again, stir and swirl the chocolate chips so they are uniformly distributed into the ice cream mix.
