That first dish was something anyone could do…didn’t deserve to be here…embarrassing compared to the guys who came next.

lol i’m just trollin’….This might be editor trickery….i like at 5:24 the lady customer says “the lobster ravioli is made fresh.” And then at 8:02 the chef says we will freeze them.” ….Sorry Karen, but $5 says you are getting yesterdays frozen batch or this mornings frozen batch but it aint fresh. Fresh is never frozen, that’s why we have two words to define the meaning. 15mins to boil lobster, 10mins to prep the lobster, 5mins to make the whole filling, 10min to make the pasta, 5mins to make the ravioli, 5mins to make the sauce, 2 1/2mins to boil the ravioli. i estimate about 35-45 min for the whole process and that was for one dish for Karen, then all of Karen’s guests….it would take him multiple hours for one table if everything on everyone’s dish was scratch to order as they came in. And the place is packed. Or he isn’t the only cook back there.

Pulled pork lasagna sounds amazeballs. I’ve had BBQ pork spaghetti, and that was pretty damn good as well. A Memphis specialty IIRC.
