Components for Chicken Chilli Garlic Noodles:

( Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon).

– Boneless Chicken Breast – 150 gms cut into 1 inch pieces.
– Noodles- 150 gms pack.

Chilli Garlic paste:.
– Kashmiri Chillies-6.
– Garlic cloves-10 nos/16 gms.

Tempering:.
– Garlic, great chopped -1.5 tsp (9 gms).
– Ginger, great sliced- 1 tsp (8 gms).
– Fresh chillies (Thai red chillies) or routine chillies, sliced- 1 tsp.
– Spring onion whites sliced – 3-4 tablespoon (3-4 nos).

Veggies:.
– Carrot julienned- 1/2 cup/ 40 gms.
– Green pepper/capsicum julienned- 1/2 cup/ 40 gms.
– Red pepper/capsicum julienned-1/ 2 cup/ 40 gms.

Seasonings:.
– White pepper powder- 1/4 tsp.
– Salt- 1/4 tsp.
– Sugar-1 tsp.

Sauces:.
– Dark Soy Sauce-1 tsp.
– White Vinegar-1 tsp.

Other Ingredients:.
– Oil-3 tablespoon.
– Sesame oil-1 tbsp.

Preparation:.

– Cut the chicken breast or boneless thighs into little pieces.
– Soak the Kashmiri chillies in hot water for around 30 minutes. Peel the garlic cloves.
– Now eliminate the chillies from water and add these to the mill along with peeled garlic cloves. Grind to a paste. Add 3-4 tbsp of the water in which chillies were soaked to mix to a smooth paste. Reserve.
– Great chop the garlic and ginger, slice the Thai red chillies.
– Also slice the spring onion whites.
– Slice the spring onion greens.
– For the vegetables, julienne the carrot green pepper and red pepper.

– Boil the noodles as per instructions given in the product packaging and reserved.

Process:.

– Heat oil in a wok and include the chopped garlic, ginger, spring onion whites and the Thai chillies.
– Stir fry for around 30 sec on medium heat and then add the chicken pieces.
– Mix and stir fry for a minute on high heat.
– Add the white pepper powder, salt. Mix and stir fry for around 1 min on medium heat.
– Now add 3 tsp of the chilli garlic paste. Stir fry for around 2 minutes on medium heat.
– Now include the julienned veggies, and stir fry on medium heat for around 2 minutes till the veggies are little cooked.
– Now add the prepared noodles, season with pinch of salt and pepper and blend it well.
– Now add the sauces and the sugar.
– Mix and stir fry on high to medium heat for 2 mins till layered entirely.
– Drizzle with sesame oil & stir fry for a minute.
– Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and sliced up thai red chillies if you want it more hot.
– Serve hot.
