Turmeric powder
Salt
Tamarind juice amla size
Cooked & mashed moong dal (pasi paruppu) – 100 grams

For tiffen sambar we have to use toor dhaal or toor dhaal and moong dhaal combined.
Moong dhaal alone will be suitable only for gothsu.
