The louder the blustier they are means they are insecure and refuse accountability mainly due mainky to ego! This place looks like it is on the verge of greatness but he is driving it into the hole and afraid to admit it.
He killed it in 2008 and faced charges as well for fraud of customers, real piece of cake he was
