Nah, Petrozza deserved it. Better menu, better execution. Christina is a better choice for the business though, because she is younger and driven, and can continue to level up and be a beast in a Ramsay kitchen for many years. The truth is that if you are in your 40s, you have to have the resume. Reality. None the less, Petrozza deserved it.
