  6. Instead of putting oxtail in the oven, I use the slow cooker so that it doesn’t heat up the kitchen. In summer, I’ve even put the slow cooker outside! 💕🌞🌵😷

  8. I just made the Canneloni, but with Rigatoni as our small town does not sell Canneloni. It taste great.
    As for you, who cannot afford the ingredients, I totally understand. Homemade proper food is not cheap. Any politician that claims othervise does not know anything about the price of food. Have a listen to Dr. Chris Van Tulleken who will hold the Christmas Lecture for Royal Institution very likely on ultraprocessed food.
    I know that our very own Jamie has fought for proper food. Maybe they both can spark a renewed interest in food.

  10. A younger Jamie in the first recipe, big bold flavors. Second recipe, oxtail could be done in the pressure cooker to save time, plus the burger is as it should be meaning, it must get messy :).
