Soya Golmatol Recipe by Sanjeev Kapoor

This recipe lets soft soya nuggets gradually soak up the flavourful masala, producing a dish that feels hearty, homely, and satisfying with every bite. It is the type of curry that works completely whether you are planning an unwinded family dinner or cooking something unique for your visitors. ❤.

SOYA GOLMATOL.

Components.

2 cups soya nuggets, taken in hot water.
2 tablespoons oil + to deep fry.
1 tsp green chilli sauce.
1 tsp soy sauce.
4 tsps cornstarch.
20-25 garlic cloves.
1/2 cup tomato ketchup.
1 tsp red chilli sauce.
1 stalk spring onion greens.
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional).

Approach.

1. Heat adequate oil in a kadai. Squeeze out additional water from soya nuggets and put them into a bowl. Add green chilli sauce, soy sauce and 2 tsps cornstarch and mix.
2. Chop garlic coarsely. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a non stick wok.
3. Add soya nuggets to the oil in the kadai and deep fry.
4. Include garlic to the wok and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Include tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce and 1/2 cup water and blend well. Let it come to a boil.
5. Mix staying cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water and set aside.
6. Drain the nuggets and add to sauce in the wok and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Add cornstarch mix and mix well. Prepare till the sauce thickens. If the sauce is too thick add a little more water and mix.
8. Slice spring onion greens.
9. Transfer soya nuggets into a serving bowl, garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
10. You can likewise garnish with sesame seeds.
