SEMOLINA AND ALMOND PHIRNI.

Components.

1/4 cup almonds.
1/2 cup semolina (rawa).
4 1/2 cups complete fat milk.
A big pinch of saffron.
1/2 cup sugar.
2 tsps rose water.
Slivered almonds to serve.
Silver warq for garnish.

Approach.

1. Thoroughly wash the semolina with adequate water for 2-3 times.
2. Put the almonds in a mixer container and blend to a fine powder.
3. Bring milk to a boil in a deep non-stick pan.
4. Add saffron and mix well. Stir continually and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Include the semolina and almond powder, continually mix and cook till the mixture thickens.
6. Add sugar, mix and cook till it melts. Add rose water and blend well.
7. Switch the heat off and move the mixture into private serving earthen bowls. Sprinkle slivered almonds, position them in the fridge for 1-2 hours or till cooled completely.
8. Garnish with silver warq. Serve cooled.
