    1. I worked in restaurants as a kid. This is pretty much everywhere to a degree. Inspectors would come in and give us a list of things to fix…. Then they would never get fixed.

    2. I worked at sonic for a day in my early 20s I quit because there were cockroaches crawling around on the counters as we were taking orders during the day.

      They had a good health rating. How?!

    3. With the cost of living crisis, the hygine practices are getting worse

  8. At 5:44, the woman’s ability to dodge accountability is insane to the point where Chef Ramsay didn’t even bother challenging it.

  10. That lady had the worst attitude 5:44 and she had every excuse in the book. A lack of help doesn’t excuse storing rotten meat and using a broken refrigerator to store moldy food.
