Always loved the Jamie At Home series.
I wondered when I’d see a shoulder recipe from Jamie. My fave cut of lamb also, shoulder is definitely worth the wait and the effort. Some say they dislike the funny shapes and wiggly bits, as opposed to the straight slices of a leg, but I say “balderdash!” to such things.
Really nice combo, a simple and delicious plate to serve up.
