  1. Tinned fruit and tinned custard..really. Why get people to eat products that are loaded with sugar. Then, of course, Jamie’s pasta sauces are also loaded with sugar. I’m a big fan of Jamie, but not of sugar laden products.

    1. You’re right, tinned fruit is full of sugar. As opposed to fresh fruit, which has none.
