I’ve never brushed milk on top of bread when baking, I usually just brush with a bit of butter when done and fresh from the oven… can someone tell me the benefit of using milk instead? (Honest question)…. also I love adding some chopped pecans to my apples when pairing with some eggy bread
Brush milk will make bread tender and golden crust…
