Ragi Chocolate Pudding is a delightful and healthy dessert that flawlessly combines the earthy goodness of ragi (finger millet) with the rich and indulgent flavor of chocolate. This wholesome reward provides a distinct twist to standard puddings, offering a healthier option without jeopardizing on taste.

RAGI CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Components

1/2 cup finger millet (ragi), washed, soaked for 8-10 hours and drained pipes
1 cup Nutralite Choco Spread Crunchy
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Fresh blueberries for garnish
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
White chocolate sticks for garnish

Method

1. Transfer the drenched finger millet in a grinder container, include 5 cups water and mix till smooth. Stress this through a muslin cloth into a large bowl. This is the millet milk.
2. Heat a pan. Put the millet milk in a deep pan and constantly stir and prepare till the mix thickens.
3. Stress through a fine screen if there are lumps.
4. Include Nutralite Choco Spread Crunchy and blend well. Transfer this into private shot glasses and enable to cool down to space temperature level.
5. Once cooled, refrigerate the pudding for 3-4 hours or till cooled totally.
6. Garnish with raspberries, blueberries, mint sprigs and white chocolate sticks. Serve.
