PANEER AND CHEESE PARANTHA

Active ingredients

1 cup grated home cheese (paneer).
1/2 cup grated processed cheese.
1 cup entire wheat flour (atta) + 1 tablespoon + to dust.
1/2 cup fine-tuned flour (maida).
1/4 cup gram flour (besan).
Salt to taste.
1 tsp red chilli powder.
1/4 tsp garam masala powder.
1/2 cup tomato puree.
2 tbsps oil.
1 little onion, chopped.
1/2 tsp chaat masala.
1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain).

Method.

1. Put entire wheat flour, improved flour, gram flour, salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, garam masala powder, tomato puree, 2 tablespoons oil into a food mill, slowly include adequate water and knead into a dough.
2. Mix paneer and cheese in a bowl. Include onion, salt, chaat masala, staying red chilli powder, carom seeds and mix. Add 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour and mash well.
3. Heat a non stick tawa. Divide dough into equivalent portions and roll into balls. Spread each ball in your palm keeping the edges thinner than the centre. Place a little stuffing in the centre, gather the edges and seal. Roll into balls and rest for a few minutes.
4. Dust with dry flour and roll into paranthas. Location each parantha on the hot tawa and cook, other side, till uniformly prepared on both sides.
5. Serve hot.
