Active ingredients.

2 1/2 cups soaked split skinless green gram (dhuli moong dal).
1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
1 medium onion, sliced.
1 medium tomato, sliced.
2-3 green chillies, sliced.
4 tbsps chopped fresh coriander.
1 tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder.
1 tsp red chilli powder.
Salt to taste.
2 tbsps oil.
2 tablespoons butter.
Tomato catsup for serving.

Approach.

1. Transfer the green gram in a blender container. Include 1 cup water and grind to fine paste. Transfer in a bowl.
2. Include cumin seeds, onions, tomatoes, chillies, coriander, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
3. Heat oil and butter in a shallow nonstick pan. Spread out the prepared batter uniformly. Cover and prepare on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
4. Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes on other side too. Cut into quarters and add some butter on top. Cover and cook for 30 seconds.
5. Serve hot with tomato catsup.
