This sounds fantastic. Love kimchi certain strains of cannabis flower have certain similar chemistry to certain foods. Afghan strain cannabis goes with celery for example . Try making udon noodles with some decarbed flower dust on top

I love how they asked a Korean Chef to use cannabis with no experience with it. Not knowing, cannabis/weed itself is straight up illegal in S. Korea. Still it’s interesting to see how sophisticated (to a degree), Chef Dueki does put his spin + flavor on it. Not bad.
