KESAR PISTA CHAI.

Ingredients.

Few strands of saffron + for garnish.
Blanched and peeled pistachios for garnish.
400 ml milk.
5 green cardamoms.
2 1/2 tbsps tea leaves.
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar.

Method.

1. Boil milk in a non-stick deep pan. Get rid of and reserve.
2. Boil 2 cups water in another non-stick deep pan. Crush and add green cardamoms, tea leaves and sugar. Let it boil for a minute.
3. Include few saffron hairs and boil for a minute.
4. Add the boiled milk and boil the tea till it becomes frothy.
5. Pressure and move the tea in serving cups. Include the froth on top.
6. Serve hot, garnished with pistachios and saffron strands.
