Shallots – 10
Tomato – 1
Coconut – 2 tbl spoon
Poppy seeds – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Gingelly oil – 3 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Onion – 1
Curry leaves
Garlic cloves – 10
Brinjal – 200 grams
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
