    3. ​@dzh Baby I tried salmon skin before and it just felt and tasted like paper. I tried it over a grill and let it really roast it, added seasoning and it was better but still nothing ggreat

  3. You can tell that he has had knives break before by how he does that bending trick while turning away from it, and yes I have seen the video of it happening to him it was priceless.

    1. In this video he does NOT turn away because they do not show him turning away. How can you say he turns away when you cannot see him when bending the knife?

  4. But but but… The brown sliver between skin and flesh is the part where the flavours are! Also, my fisherman father would shake his head at that.
