  7. I’ve made these MANY times this way. It works! Crispy, juicy, perfect wings. If you don’t have the rack, no worries. Put parchment paper down, so the wings won’t stick. The temp of the oven will create a hot surface on the cookie sheet to crisp the chicken skin. You’ll have to flip the wings, though. I’ve also made drumsticks and thighs this way with the same, awesome results.
