  2. I used to work right next door to a Popeyes. We called them crack biscuits. We’d stand in the break room and eat them with jelly.

    1. The gravy is peppery, milky, and sausagey. The Biscuits are kinda sweet, but nothing like a cookie. It’s a savory dish.
