Have you ever tried stuffed French toast your use egg or Easter type bread, Cut the slices very thick, 1 inch stuff it with cream cheese, walnuts, and dried apricots Then dip it in your egg wash and cook it up it is delicious. Of course you can put your own mark on it. Maybe Marinate the dried apricots, and some kind of Liquor or not. My French cooking You share with us so I’d like to share with you that it is most delicious and you can use any kind of fruit syrup or maple syrup. Vikki in New York
