Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Urad dal 1 teaspoon
Little piece of tamarind
2 handful of drumstick leaves
Oil 2 tbl spoon
Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida
Sliced garlic cloves 5 to 7
Roasted peanuts 2 tbl spoon
Cashews
Onion 1
Curry leaves
Prepared rice 200 grams
Salt
