  1. Mr time you say you need a beach towel just have one of the crew toss you a squeegee! That will get a Laugh!

  2. I’ve had authentic wood fired pizza in Italy, and it was amazing. I’ve also had the worst Italian food I’ve ever eaten in Italy. Spaghetti should not be overcooked pasta in a bright orange sauce that tastes like water.

    But the pizza was crazy good!

  3. Wood firing adds a flavor that’s hard to describe. It’s not smoked, but there is definitely something there.
