  3. Guy seemed so concerned but when Boss said “depending on the wind direction” my confidence in him went way up.

  4. Born and raised in Texas and everybody compares their BBQ to Texas. Vegetarian 15 years but now that I’m not I better try some bbq spots Guy came down here for.

  5. Whoever edits the sound needs to listen to it with headphones! You get blown out at the end!

  6. No fryer no salmon no burgers…. these dishes look awesome & good job bringing them to customers looking for something different

  7. I love me some good ribs and those ribs looked absolutely delicious!!! The catfish, cornbread and red beans and rice looked amazing!!! Well done chef 👏👏👏👌

  8. Chef, very nice bbq & smoked catfish, I prefer hickory wood smoked but I’ll eat cherry wood smoked

  9. “Best barbecue in the Midwest” ok lady clearly you’ve never been to Kansas City. We are the capitol of barbecue in the world. Second to none. Better than Texas, Tennessee, the Carolina’s, or any other southern state you can think of and that’s a fact.

  10. I’d like to try this excellent BBQ! I’ll definitely swing by there if I smell this good bbq smoke 🙂

  11. So refreshing to see a rub without any sugar in it, and no molasses are included in the source. I would definitely eat those ribs.
