  1. We are seeing Uighur restaurants popping up here in Sydney a direct result of people fleeing persecution in China. It’s the food of the North-West region of China. It’s very impressive & very different. Lots of lamb ,goat, handmade noodle, fry breads & dumplings. I hope Guy stumbles into one on his travels.
