  1. Um, fear of ‘shrooms is not a bad thing. In my state, nearly every single edible mushroom has a mimic that can be deadly. There are multiple species of “false morel,” some people can eat them but many people suffer an extreme reaction if they ingest one of the false morels vs. the real one.

    1. We’ve just had 3 people die over the border in New South Wales here in Australia. She was a chef with a great rep and an experienced forager. She’s now in jail for killing 3 of her guests.

  9. Here in the American South boneless Country style ribs are much, much easier to find than pork neck. Basically just Boston butt cut into strips, cut them down into chunks and roll. I know I will.

  10. Gordon, many of these cheap cuts just aren’t cheap here in Northern California Bay Area. Oxtail, Pork Belly, Breast of lamb, Beef Short Ribs, Shanks Lamb or Beef, all not cheap. Will still give these delicious recipes a try, Thank you Gordon, always appreciate your ideas love and dedication to food.❤️👍
