First Gordon, thank you for having this episode. I saw the first one and her sweets did look amazing. However, you are right. This was very eye opening as to how the treat not only the customers, but the staff. How they restrict the staff and micro manage them. Very unprofessional. Their behavior towards customers is disgusting, I’m surprised they are even open, as they are the tourist attraction now, so I guess you could say you did help them. Lol. But in reality, you can’t help everyone be successful. Only those who want it. I still love watching what you do.
