    2. Can consider it a payment for being on the show. Putting in the work deserves reward

    3. Even if so, the restaurant stayed open for 10 years since this episode aired and closed in 2023 do to covid etc.. so it did hold up quite well and she does catering now.
Most closed within a year or two after gordon did his magic. so hats of to this lady for well done job

  4. Raise your hand if you’ve been watching Gordon Ramsay for an long time βœ‹

  5. As a former line cook and former smoker- I don’t think alot of smokers realize the strong smell even if you put it out and wash your hands- that smell lingers to someone who isn’t smoking- it is the worst thing you can do as a server to come in immediately to serve a patron after having a butt in a non- smoking establishment- it cuts right through the smells of the food and kitchen around you! No- it won’t turn a hungry patron away but it does take away from their experience and therefore an opinion is made and therefore your tip declines possibly. I totally understand the need for a butt- I still have the β€œinstinct” 5 years after quitting- so I don’t judge- I’m just saying please leave at least 10 mins between smoking and coming to a patron IF you are in a non- smoking establishment.. if you’re in a smoking establishment I feel for you- especially if you don’t smoke-but at least the patrons can’t tell if you do!

  6. I’ve seen this one a dozen times, easy. Me: sitting back to watch it again.
