He's trained in Gordon's kitchens, challenged him on Uncharted and been a co-mentor on Next Level Chef UK. But for Paul Ainsworth, his biggest difficulty might be attempting to persuade Gordon Ramsay that you can bake your chili in the oven utilizing chocolate. It's a low-cost eats battle. But will Gordon authorize?

Love it Gordon; you are always the best no matter what you do!
What I love about this recipe is how it showcases your culinary expertise. You’ve taken familiar flavors and elevated them to new heights 👌👌🤩🤩
I refuse to believe Gordon has never added cocao to Chilli….
COCOA IS A SPICE. THERE IS A TIME AND PLACE FOR IT AS SUCH. NOT ALWAYS CHOCOLATE.
IMAGINE BEING UPSET OVER A SPICE BUT ‘CRISPY’ BEEF SOGGY AS F.. 😂
germans have chocate with tangerine.
I hate it.
I love mint choc chip though.
Ever have cheddar with apple pie?
@Martin Martin Tangerine chocolate is banger
I refuse to believe Ramsey gets shocked…😏
Bravissimo! ❤
Has Gordon never heard of mole sauce? 😆
DOESN’T KNOW WHAT ‘CRISPY’ BEEF IS EITHER, THAT SOGGY AS F NASTY HAMBURGER HELPER WITH SIRA, SOY, AND SESAME 😂 JFC 😅
That’s what I said. 😂
mole sauce is no good
My mom used to make it, never cared for it. I do love me some mole verde though.
Gordon definitely had flashbacks to Matt’s exotic tar tar with grated white chocolate when he heard Paul say he was grating dark chocolate on his mince
I put a couple of raw cacao beans in a pestle and mortar and threw them in my chilli just 2 days ago and it was the best chilli I ever made. Even a touch of agave syrup which is also Mexican to add sweetness.. but you’re not making a dessert so don’t add too much or it WILL ruin your dish. Flavours are about a delicate balance of sweet, salty, spicy, acidic…
No one tell Ramsay that Mole is mixture of spices and chocolate.
He’s been to Mexico and tried/made mole before on his NatGeo series. He’s just playing it up and having a bit of banter with a fellow chef.
You know a true chef by their actions! Taking the piss on a recipes process all the while being amazed on how good it actually is afterward. Lol
Excuse me. You DON’T put chocolate on a baked potato 🤣
Super dark chocolate isn’t chocolatey. It probably just makes the texture smooth and adds bitterness not sweetness. Seems good
Chocolate and chilli is an amazing combo. Gordon can’t tell me otherwise
No it’s not
@🌸 aesthetic slime 🌸 It is
@Sebastián Urzúa yea sorry,I meant in my opinion it’s nOt
The look on Gordon’s face says it all, when he tasted the chili with the chocolate!
I know y’all saw Gordon steal a second spoon of the chocolate chili 🍫🌶️🤣
I’ll take the baked potato with chili and chocolate please 🍫🌶️
Somebody should really teach Gordon what a teaspoon is 😂
my thoughts exactly
hahahahhaha YASSSS 😂
Comically large teaspoon
The “Pro tip” was glorious 😀 ‘not all teaspoons are like Gordons!’

Great content! – I Loved this show – Thanks! – Cheers!
Hi Gordon, have been watching your recipes for quite while and really enjoy copying or making a twist to your recipes. One question that I have: how do you do the food storage? Given the variety of ingredients needed, do you have any thoughts on how to store the “odd” ones not used every day. I have my glass jars and use the freezer a lot, but would be good to get your thoughts on how you handle food storage. Many thanks and all the best, John
