@waynehersheykiss08 the courts might disagree. Especially in the hypothetical case that he can prove otherwise. Slander laws would probably apply.

I’ve worked in several restaurants and almost all of them have some nasty practices, like sending food/salads back out. I rarely ever eat out anyway.
Get new chefs. Plain and simple. Your food sucks because the chefs attitudes suck….be an owner and get rid of them
Gordon Ramsay my favorite chef to watch and he is definitely a great one to have a time to make sure that restaurant especially is up to par with GR there.
