Some random person that neither of us had ever met before interrupted the conversation to tell us that he was a vegan and wanted to know if we were vegans.
And that wasn’t a one off. That was like the 7th or 8th time this year that that sort of thing has happened. Vegans can’t mind their own business and just leave others alone.

My favorite Gordon Ramsay moment was when Juni (Masterchef season 9) said his team was making orange zested potatoes. Gordon loves food so much, when he hears nonsense he totally flips out. No coincidence Juni was off the show by the end of the episode.

Did you know you cannot absorb plant based iron if you don’t have “hema-iron”?
There is a vitamin called “hema-plex” that can help dramatically with this.
A lot of vegan foods aren’t healthy, processed and in lack of vital nutrients, it takes a lot of labor and research to eat and know the deeper sides of being sustainably plant based that not everyone has the time for.
Im not a radical vegan Karen by any means and I do eat certain kinds of fish products now as well, (pretty much a paleo pescatarian), but still primarily plant based), and I have never felt like I’ve missed out from the enjoyment of eating meat because if you prepare plants right- the cuisine is delectable;
my rule of thumb to anyone who wants to eat for health- just make sure you are not over eating meat and processed foods, make sure you are getting your meat from good sources and make sure you are eating enough fruits and vegetables, cook with good oils and ingredients and don’t eat old food, get full panel blood work done somewhat regularly so you know what nutrients you are sufficient and depleted in.
Also,understanding prebiotics vs just probiotics is essential for gut health for the gut regulates all the systems of your body and blood 🤍
