Gajar ki Kanji | गाजर की कांजी बनाने का सबसे आसान तरीका | Probiotic Drink | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Gajar is a standard fermented probiotic beverage that is especially good for food digestion. It is packed with fiber and all types of good-for-health active ingredients, and it tastes amazing.

GAJAR KI KANJI

Components

400 grams red carrots, peeled and cut into 3 inch pieces
1/4 cup mustard seeds
1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing).
1 tsp roasted cumin powder.
Black salt to taste.
1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
2 tbsps ready powder.

Method.

1. Put the mustard seeds in a mill jar and grind to a coarse powder.
2. Take 2 litres water in a deep earthen pot. Include asafoetida, roasted cumin powder, black salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, 2 tablespoons ground powder and carrot and mix well. Cover with a muslin cloth, position a lid over it and reserved for 2 days.
3. Pour into specific glasses and work as needed.
