Vrat ka chatoraapan with this vrat-special bhajiyaa … Guilt-free vrat.

FARALI BHAJIYA

Ingredients

2 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
1/4 cup amaranth flour (rajgira).
1/4 cup barnyard millet (samo) flour.
2-3 tablespoons roasted unsalted peanuts powder.
1 tablespoon toasted white sesame seeds.
1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
1 tsp roasted cumin powder.
1-2 green chillies, chopped.
2 tablespoons sliced fresh coriander leaves.
Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste.
Oil for deep frying.

Technique.

1. Mix together potatoes, peanuts powder, white sesame seeds, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, rock salt, amaranth flour, and barnyard millet flour in a large bowl.
2. Heat enough oil in a kadai. Carefully slide in small portions of the mix and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain pipes on an absorbent paper.
3. Serve hot.
