Eggless Blondies | एगलेस ब्लॉन्डीज | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Active ingredients

1 cup chopped white chocolate
3/4 cup + 2 tbsps butter
3/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups refined flour (maida).
1 tsp baking powder.
1/4 tsp baking soda.
1/4 cup white chocolate chips + for scattering.
2 tbsps dried cranberries, approximately sliced + for scattering.

Method.

1. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
2. Take white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, include 3/4 cup butter and microwave for 1 minute. Mix till the chocolate melts.
3. Take condensed milk in another bowl. Include remaining butter and beat the mixture with an electric beater till the mix turns pale.
4. Add yogurt and continue to beat for 1-2 minutes or till well combined.
5. Include the melted chocolate-butter mix into the condensed milk mix and mix well. Include vanilla essence and mix well.
6. Sort the refined flour, baking powder and baking soda directly into the mix and gently fold in till well combined.
7. Include white chocolate chips and dried cranberries and blend with light hands.
8. Transfer the batter into a greased and lined 6 inch square baking dish. Level the top, spray dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
9. Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
10. Bring the blondies out of the oven and allow to cool totally.
11. Cut them into squares and arrange on a serving plate. Serve.
