Attempt this conventional Maharashtrian dosa recipe, made with healthy millets, diabetic patients bhi kha sakte hai, full of carbohydrates, proteins, fibers. Ab breakfast menu expand kare with healthy millet dishes.

DHIRDE

Ingredients

1 cup sorghum (jowar) flour
1/4 cup entire wheat flour (gehun ka atta).
1/2 cup gram flour (besan).
1 1/2 tsps garlic-green chillies paste.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
Salt to taste.
Oil for sprinkling.
Coconut chutney to serve.

Technique.

1. Take sorghum flour in a large bowl. Add whole wheat flour, gram flour, garlic-green chilli paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and 1 cup water and mix well. Add 1 cup water and mix till well combined. Add 1/2 cup water and mix till a smooth batter is formed.
2. Heat a non-stick tawa. Sprinkle a little oil and pour sufficient batter and swirl the pan to make a thin disc. Drizzle oil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and prepare the other side for 1-2 minutes also.
3. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
