  8. The smokey house brings back good memories. Within cooking the garlic, chili paste, buttered lobsters on a hot smoking griddle in house. The kitchen exhaust fan would be on. And this would still set off the smoke detectors in our house. Our kids knew what to do when this happens. 1st kid opens front door. 2nd kid opens back door. 3rd kid grabs couch pillow and waves it in front of the smoke detector until the smoke alarm stops going off. In about 30 seconds. Can’t wait to try this dish! Nice looking reduction of seasoning and flavors for the Linguini. Merry Christmas and Thank you for sharing Chef.

  9. I can beat anyone. After watching this guy for years, I did an amazing chicken breast wrapped with iberico Serrano ham, Roquefort filling, herb and paprika crust with all the best trimmings. Except after the first few juicy, tender mouthfuls under beautiful candlelight, I noticed that the chicken was half FUKN RAW. Panic. Panic. Dead in the morning. Fuk me. I’ve skipped desert and we’re just gonna get pissed instead and let the alcohol kill the bacteria🤞🤞
